Today I'm sharing my June Birchbox. I have to say I'm in love with it but I hate their re-branding. Their website is more difficult to navigate and doesn't look at all feminine.

Cupcake Obsession

My name is Katelyn and I'm obsessed with cupcakes. Ever since we went to Georgetown Cupcake back in March, I've been obsessed with baking them. I bought both of Sophie and Katherine's cookbooks: "The Cupcake Diaries," and "Sweet Celebrations," from Amazon and a frosting tip big enough to do the signature swirl.

Their cookbooks are copyrighted so I will not be sharing any recipes but I highly recommend y'all order their books!

Silhouette Cameo Review

So our first wedding anniversary is coming up in less than a week! It's crazy to think we've already been married for 1 year. Each anniversary has a theme for the gifts. We decided to follow it this year since it is paper. Andrew gave me my gift early. He got me the Silhouette Cameo. This machine is great for crafting and can cut paper (see how he made that work hehe), vinyl, fabric, and more! I absolutely love it!

If you are a serious crafter, you definitely want this machine. It can cut up to 12 inches wide which is great for scrapbooking pages. My favorite thing to use it for is cutting vinyl. I also like using it to cut cardstock to make stencils.

Birchbox Review

1. Beauty Protector Protect & Detangle This one was ok. I don't really need a detangler and I prefer my Moroccan oil for a protector.

2. Supergoop!® Daily Correct SPF 35 CC Cream I didn't have a use for this one. I never wear sunscreen.

3. Marvis Toothpaste The mint in this toothpaste was too strong for my taste.

4. LA FRESH® Eco Beauty Waterproof Makeup Remover - Individual Packets I really liked these and may order the full size product. Very convenient.

5. amika Obliphica Hair Treatment  6. amika Obliphica Hair Treatment These both made my hair feel too oily.

1st Wedding Anniversary

Today is our first wedding anniversary. It's been a great year and I look forward to many more with my amazing husband and best friend.

Lilly Pulitzer Agendas

Memorial Day

Today I wanted to take a moment to thank all of those that have served our country and thank those that have given the ultimate sacrifice. Today, we remember and honor all of you.
